In a Saturday letter&nbsp;that was obtained by CNN, House Ways and Means chairman Richard Neal&nbsp;told IRS commissioner Charles Rettig that “none of the concerns raised can legitimately be used to deny the committee’s request.”” data-reactid=”28″>Members of the House officially asked the IRS to hand over President Trump’s tax returns this month.
