Getting a good night’s sleep is a crucial part of being healthy, but it’s often easier said than done. Kids, work, stress and life in general have a funny way of interfering with people’s ability to get some solid shuteye.

“Sound machines are absolutely helpful for getting a good night’s sleep,” Winter says.
